Beijing, August 4 (KCNA) -- The Central Military Commission of China recently issued a notice calling for deeply studying the speech delivered by General Secretary Hu Jintao at a meeting held to celebrate the 90th birthday of the Communist Party of China.

The notice called on all military units to meet the basic requirement to obey the party's command, cherish a steadfast faith in socialism with Chinese characteristics and adhere to the fundamentals and system of the party's absolute leadership over the army.
