Pyongyang, August 6 (KCNA) -- A meeting of seamen of the Korean People's Army and the Chinese People's Liberation Army took place on China's training ship "Zheng He" on Friday.

The KPA seamen looked round equipment and facilities of the ship and frigate "Luoyang", conducted by leading officers of the flotilla of the CPLA Navy.

At the meeting speakers said the armies of the two countries are contributing to protecting the regional peace and stability while supporting and cooperating with each other in the struggle for socialism against imperialism.

They expressed the will to contribute to boosting the friendly and cooperative relations between the armies of the two countries, the navies in particular.

An art performance was given by soldiers of the two countries.

The seamen of the two countries talked to each other with joy at their meeting, deepening friendship.
