Pyongyang, August 6 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun Thursday sent a congratulatory message to Pham Binh Minh upon his appointment as foreign minister at the first session of the 13th People's Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Pak in the message wished Pham Binh Minh success in his new job, expressing belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger on the road of carrying out the common cause of socialism.
