Moscow, August 5 (KCNA) -- Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, at a recent meeting with participants in a youth education forum, appealed to the country's officials to behave themselves well.

What is important for the officials is to provide conditions for the development of the whole country, including local autonomous organs, districts, towns and villages, he said.

For this purpose, the officials should have graceful manners and refrain from abusing their authority, he added.
