Moscow, August 10 (KCNA) -- The Moscow mayor recently called on law enforcement agencies to disallow extreme acts and ethnic disputes during the campaign of the State Duma election to be held in December.

There may be a high political zeal, legal mass activities, rallies and demonstrations during the campaign, but they should not be allowed to lead to riot or violence, the mayor said.
