Pyongyang, August 13 (KCNA) -- The Group for the Study of the Juche Idea "Kanggye" of Colombia issued a bulletin titled "Superb guerrilla war methods" on August 5 on the 66th anniversary of Korea's liberation.

Korea's liberation was a victory of the superb guerrilla war methods of Kim Il Sung as he created a lot of guerrilla war methods during the period of the anti-Japanese armed struggle, it said.

It introduced a battle fought during the Arduous March, noting that all tactics of the Japanese imperialists such as combing tactics, patience-wears-out-stones and long-distance pursuit tactics were thwarted due to Kim Il Sung's mysterious tactics so that many legends about his use of the art of compressing space were widely told among Koreans.

The Pochonbo battle fought on June 4, 1937 also proved the outstanding military stratagem of Kim Il Sung who taught that the Korean people were not dead but alive and that if they fought against the Japanese imperialists, they would surely win. The significance of the battle was great indeed, it said, and continued:
