Pyongyang, August 13 (KCNA) -- Opposition parties and handicapped movement organizations in Pusan area of south Korea formed the Pusan Solidarity for Abolishing Discrimination against Handicapped at the plaza of the Pusan City Office on August 10.

The declaration was read out at the inaugural ceremony. It deplored that the living of the handicapped in Pusan area is deteriorating due to the discriminating policy of the "government".

The handicapped will wage a dynamic struggle for their genuine life, it stressed.

It demanded the present authorities take a measure for equal wellbeing of the handicapped at an early date.
