Pyongyang, August 13 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun Thursday sent a congratulatory message to Surapong Towijakchaikul upon his appointment as foreign minister of Thailand.

Expressing belief that the long-standing relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger, the message wished him great success in his new job.
