Moscow, August 12 (KCNA) -- Russia is paying much effort to strengthening the missile early warning system.

The Russian Space Force plans to build latest-type radar sets for the early warning system in Kaliningrad and Armabir regions in December this year and in Irkutsk Region in 2012.

The radar sets will enable Russia to place the sky above border areas under its control again.
