Chongjin, August 15 (KCNA) -- The Russian Consulate General in Chongjin, the DPRK, gave a reception on Monday to celebrate the 66th anniversary of Korea's liberation.

Invited there were Vice-chairman of the North Hamgyong Provincial People's Committee Kim Ha Jin and officials concerned.

Consul General Vyacheslav Tsupikov and other members of the consulate general were present at the reception.

Speeches were made at the reception.
