Pyongyang, August 16 (KCNA) -- The France-Korea Friendship Association on August 11 issued a statement in support of the answer given by the head of the north side delegation to the north-south military working-level talks.

Frightened at the normal blasting for the construction of a project for the improvement of the standard of people's living in South Hwanghae Province of the DPRK, the south Korean puppet military warmongers are misleading the public opinion that the army of the DPRK again shelled the waters near Yonphyong Island, the statement said, and went on:

The false fabrication by the south Korean puppet military is a product of its deliberate scenario to chill the atmosphere of dialogue created in the Korean Peninsula and its vicinity recently and lead the inter-Korean relations to confrontation and conflict.

The criminals who faked up the current case will face a stern judgment by all the fellow countrymen.

We bitterly denounce the south Korean authorities for deliberately bedeviling the inter-Korean relations by kicking off the false racket slandering the DPRK.

The south Korean authorities should stop at once such false racket and lend an ear to the voices of the world peace-loving forces aspiring after the peace and security of the Korean Peninsula.
