Pyongyang, August 16 (KCNA) -- Cholera has spread in Democratic Congo since July, infecting inhabitants.

5 088 cholera cases occurred across the country and 296 cases among them died so far, according to survey data on August 10.

The country is taking measures to prevent cholera from spreading.
