Pyongyang, August 16 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, sent a message of greeting to Ali Bongo Ondimba, president of Gabon, on August 10 on the 51st anniversary of its independence.

Kim in the message sincerely wished the Gabonese president greater success in the work for the national unity and the country's prosperity, expressing belief that the long-standing friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would further develop.
