Pyongyang, August 17 (KCNA) -- More than 3 000 workers of south Korea held a rally in the Seoul City Office plaza on August 14 at which they declared the action to judge the puppet regime.

At the rally speakers said the most urgent task at present is to judge the anti-reunification, undemocratic and anti-worker present regime and the "Grand National Party".

The inter-Korean relations have reached the lowest ebb and the workers calling for their vital rights have been harshly suppressed since the present regime emerged, they charged.

In order to tide over this grave situation it is necessary to overthrow the present regime and realize democracy, they held.

It is impossible to think about peace without judging the dictatorial regime seeking the permanent division of the nation, they said. They called upon all the workers to boost solidarity and turn out in the massive action to force the present ruling forces to step down.
