Pyongyang, August 17 (KCNA) -- The representative of the Democratic Party of south Korea, Son Hak Gyu, Tuesday accused the "government" of inviting a ruling crisis, south Korea's MBC reported.

In a radio address, he said the chief executive's silence about Japan's distortion of history textbooks resulted in Japan's row over Tok Islets.

The present financial crisis is due to the economic policy based on construction projects and conglomerates, he added.

He also urged the "government" to reshape foreign and economic policies.
