Beijing, August 17 (KCNA) -- Mozambican President Armando Emilio Guebuza visited China from August 9 to 15.

During the visit he held talks with Chinese President Hu Jintao and met and conversed with Wu Bangguo, chairman of the Standing Committee of the Chinese National People's Congress, and Wen Jiabao, premier of the State Council, respectively.

Exchanged at the talks and conversations were views on the issue of developing the bilateral relations and other issues of mutual concern.

A series of agreements were signed between the two countries during the visit.

While staying in China, the Mozambican president toured Henan Province.
