Pyongyang, August 18 (KCNA) -- The Democratic Labor Party and the Democratic Party of south Korea, opposition parties, laid bare the sinister aim sought by Chief Prosecutor Han Sang Dae in "declaring a war against pro-north leftist forces", according to south Korean CBS.

On August 12 Han in an inaugural speech singled out "pro-north leftist forces" as one of the three targets of "the war declared by him," blustering one should never shun or step back from this fight against them.

The opposition parties denounced his remarks as another coloring campaign going against the trend of the times. The present "government" is trying to tide over a serious crisis in the closing period of its rule by dint of security power, they charged.

The opposition parties accused the authorities of putting forward the prosecution as a shock brigade to stay in power.
