Moscow, August 17 (KCNA) -- Russia and China Tuesday held talks for cooperation in the space field.

The two sides discussed a 2010-2012 plan for cooperation in the space field, establishment of a satellite telecommunications system for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, joint research in long-distance space and cooperation in lunar study and manned space flight, said the Russian Federal Space General Bureau.
