Beijing, August 17 (KCNA) -- A world university rectors' forum was held in Shenzhen City, China on August 13 and 14.

The forum, held on the theme "Universities' new mission in the 21st century and training of able persons ", was attended by 163 rectors from 68 nations and regions, including the president of Kim Chaek University of Technology of the DPRK.

They discussed training able persons at higher educational institutions and improving students' ability.
