Moscow, August 17 (KCNA) -- Russia plans to construct a new satellite launch center in Vostochnii by 2015 and begin launching unmanned spacecraft.

The Russian government will allot 251 billion Rbls and mobilize about ten thousand people for the project, a media report said.
