Pyongyang, August 19 (KCNA) -- Foodstuff prices went up 33 percent in the world in July compared with the same month of last year, said the World Bank in its announcement released Monday.

In particular, maize price increased 84 percent, sugar 62 percent, wheat 55 percent and bean oil 47 percent.
