Pyongyang, August 19 (KCNA) -- A Chinese delegation of the medical service visited the DPRK from August 10 to 19.

During the visit the delegation grouping officials of the Jilin Provincial Public Health Agency and competent medical workers at the Jilin University hospital No. 2 and the people's hospital in Jilin Province conducted sincere medical service for inhabitants at the People's Hospital in Jongphyong County, South Hamgyong Province.

Upon the authorization of the Chinese Ministry of Public Health, the delegation donated medicines to the DPRK Ministry of Public Health and exchanged medical technology and experience with the medical workers at the Jongphyong County People's Hospital.

The members of the delegation said that they were pleased to conduct the medical service at a time when the Sino-DPRK friendship is growing stronger day by day.
