Pyongyang, August 20 (KCNA) -- The Mymensingh, Bagerat and Tangail Branches of the Bangladesh Institute of the Juche Idea (BIJI) were inaugurated from August 13 to 15.

Musharaf Karim was elected chairman of Mymensingh Branch, Anisour Rahman chairman of the Bagerat Branch and M.D. Abdul Hamid chairman of the Tangail Branch at the inaugural ceremonies.

The general secretary of the Institute, in his speeches at the inaugural ceremonies, underscored the need to expand the ranks of members of the institute and intensify the study and dissemination of the Juche idea on the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung, the founder of the immortal Juche idea.
