Pyongyang, August 20 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Ministry of Urban Management led by its Vice-Minister Ri Kang Hui left here Saturday to visit China.

A delegation of the Yanbian Daily of China led by President Ri Yong arrived here on the same day.
