Pyongyang, August 21 (KCNA) -- The south Korean Consultative Meeting for Getting Registration Fee Halved grouping opposition parties, people of civic and public circles, university students and their parents held a meeting at the "National Assembly" building on August 16. It accused the puppet conservative authorities of sidestepping the registration fee issue. Speakers said the registration fee issue has not progressed for which the "Grand National Party" is to blame. Students are subject to harsh labor, unable to study even during vacation, in order to get money to pay for the registration fee, they deplored. The authorities, however, have not done anything yet, they charged. The "government" and the GNP should come out with sincere attitude to get the registration fee halved though belatedly, they urged, underlining the need to expand demonstrations and meetings. |
