Pyongyang, August 23 (KCNA) -- An endless stream of people are visiting Ssangun-ri revolutionary site associated with giant footprints of leader Kim Jong Il.

Ssangun-ri is the historic place dear to the servicepersons and people of the DPRK as it is where Kim Jong Il started his Songun revolutionary leadership on August 25, Juche 49 (1960).

Visitors look round the broad and flat rock, spring site and the house of the commander of the unit and other places marked with the footprints of the leader.

They look back with deep emotion on the feats performed by him for developing the revolutionary armed forces, going round the soldiers' room of the women's sub-unit, mess hall, education room, food store and other places visited by him in June Juche 91 (2002).
