Pyongyang, August 25 (KCNA) -- Ri Yong Ho, chief of the General Staff of the Korean People's Army, Thursday met and had a talk with the delegation of the Eastern Military District of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation led by Commander of the District Konstantin Sidenko.
