Pyongyang, August 26 (KCNA) -- The south Korean authorities on August 25 staged drills of transporting wounded by civilian planes as part of the Ulji Freedom Guardian joint military exercises, according to south Korean Yonhap News. Passenger planes and helicopters of three civilian air services and 10 units were involved in these war exercises staged at the air force bases in Suwon, Taegu and Kimhae with the cooperation of the U.S. forces. It was the first time that the drills of transporting wounded in case of emergency were staged with such passenger planes involved under the simulated situation after the proclamation of a wartime mobilization order, the report said. The south Korean authorities, overheated with the fever for invading the north, are becoming all the more frantic in their moves to ignite a war by mobilizing all human and material resources. |
