Tehran, August 25 (KCNA) -- Iran's army in a statement on August 20 expressed the willingness to defend the country by mobilizing all the military power.

Iran's military power has been put on the high level capable for firmly defending the country in any case, the statement said, adding that the enemy's pressure and sanctions compel Iran to achieve self-reliance in the defense field and register great successes.

Iran's army and people will make every possible effort to continue strengthening the defense capability, it stressed.
