Pyongyang, August 26 (KCNA) -- DPRK Premier Choe Yong Rim met and had a talk with the Russian government economic delegation headed by Minister of Regional Development Viktor Basargin, chairman of the Russian side to the DPRK-Russia Intergovernmental Committee for Cooperation in Trade, Economy, Science and Technology, on Friday when it paid a courtesy call on him at the Mansudae Assembly Hall.
