Beijing, August 25 (KCNA) -- China plans to concentrate on training 3 000 middle-aged and young personnel capable of guiding scientific and technical innovations in ten years.

The plan is aimed to increase the number of scientific and technical personnel so that the country can join the ranks of innovation-oriented states in 2020 and build a comprehensively well-off society.
