Pyongyang, August 27 (KCNA) -- The puppet police walked off inhabitants including the chief of Kangjong Village and five other civic activists, branding their action against the Jeju Naval Base construction as disturbance of the performance of their duty on August 24, according to south Korean Yonhap News.
