Pyongyang, August 27 (KCNA) -- A meeting of the Yanbian Area Association of the General Association of Koreans in China and its branches and the Yanbian Area Youth Committee of the Association of Korean Youth in China was held in Yanji City, Jilin Province, China on August 23 to denounce the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet group for staging large-scale war maneuvers for invading the DPRK.

At the meeting speakers expressed irrepressible resentment at the U.S. and the south Korean puppet warmongers who staged UFG targeted against the DPRK despite the strong protest and denunciation of all fellow countrymen and the world peace-loving people.

The saber-rattling is an undisguised military threat to the DPRK and a blatant challenge to the DPRK as it is an extension of the warmongers' invariable anti-DPRK confrontation policy, they charged.

The U.S. and the south Korean conservative ruling forces talked about "dialogue" and "detente" whenever an opportunity presented itself. The recent saber-rattling brought to light their true colors as warmongers seeking only confrontation and war, they noted.

The reality goes to clearly prove that the group of traitors should be wiped out at an early date in order to improve the inter-Korean relations and achieve the peace on the Korean Peninsula, they stressed.
