Pyongyang, August 30 (KCNA) -- Organizations of France and Britain posted on their Internet homepages articles on the 51st anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's start of the Songun revolutionary leadership.

The France-Korea Friendship Association on August 23 carried an article with a photo of Kim Jong Il inspecting a unit of the Korean People's Army. The article said:

The Songun politics of the DPRK is a political mode putting forward the military affairs as the most important state affair. It calls for defending the country, revolution and socialism by relying on the revolutionary disposition and combat power of the KPA and accelerating socialist construction with the KPA as the main force.

In the DPRK the army precisely represents the party, the state and the people.

It is thanks to the Songun politics that the DPRK has turned into a fortress of independence which any formidable enemy dares not provoke. This clearly proves that the Songun politics is the best way for defending the sovereignty of the country and the nation today when the high-handed and arbitrary practices on the part of the imperialists have become all the more pronounced.

The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy on August 22 in an article said that Songun Korea, which is putting forward the KPA as the pillar of the revolution, is displaying its might and dignity.
