Pyongyang, August 31 (KCNA) -- Jesus Antonio Carlos Hernandez, general secretary of the Central Committee of the People's Socialist Party of Mexico, made public a statement on Aug. 23 on the 63rd anniversary of the DPRK.

He, in the statement, praised President Kim Il Sung for founding the DPRK, the first people's country in the nation's history spanning 5 000 years. He also praised more than 60 years of victory and glory covered by the DPRK.

The statement noted that leader Kim Jong Il developed the DPRK to be the Juche-oriented socialist state with the invincible might, adding that building a great prosperous and powerful nation is his far-reaching plan and firm will.

Under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il the DPRK will prosper amid absolute support and trust of the popular masses, the statement stressed.

The immortal exploits of Kim Il Sung who devoted his all to the building of the people's country and those of Kim Jong Il who has glorified the cause of the President will shine forever, the statement concluded.
