Pyongyang, August 31 (KCNA) -- The Kim Jong Suk Library in Peru issued a bulletin on August 23 on the 51st anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's start of the Songun revolutionary leadership.

The bulletin edited an article with his photo. The article said:

Kim Jong Il is increasing the defence capability with his Songun politics to firmly defend socialism of Juche.

He formulated the Songun politics as the basic political mode under socialism toward the end of the last century. The Songun politics helps settle all the issues of the revolution and construction with the army as the main force.

He has paid primary attention and big efforts to training the army into the main force and hard core of the revolution true to the Songun idea founded by President Kim Il Sung.

Socialism has been firmly defended and a new era of building a thriving nation opened in the DPRK under the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il.
