Beijing, August 30 (KCNA) -- Henan Province, China, is speeding up the project to prevent flood damage as part of the plan to improve river till 2015 and build reservoirs in dangerous spots.

The province will reportedly repair 254 reservoirs before the rainy season in 2012.
