Pyongyang, September 1 (KCNA) -- The Pyongyang Cultural Center in Peru issued a bulletin on August 25 on the 51st anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's start of the Songun revolutionary leadership and the first anniversary of the center.

The bulletin carried articles with his photo and other photos on cultural development in the DPRK.

The validity and vitality of the Songun politics are being more fully displayed in the DPRK day by day, it said, and went on:

The Korean People's Army has grown stronger to be revolutionary armed forces firmly prepared politically and ideologically and in military technique thanks to his Songun politics.

All the people are learning from the revolutionary soldier culture created in the KPA, making revolutionary optimism, militant stamina and noble cultural emotion prevail throughout the society.

The young people, in particular, are taking the lead in the drive to arm themselves with the Juche idea and the Songun idea and uphold the Songun politics.

Kim Jong Il has energetically led the army and people of the DPRK in the drive for a great surge while providing field guidance to many industrial establishments and construction sites.
