Pyongyang, September 1 (KCNA) -- The Nigerian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea on August 26 posted on its Internet homepage an article condemning the U.S. and the south Korean authorities for their war maneuvers.

The U.S. imperialists staged maneuvers for a war of aggression against the dialogue partner, while putting up the signboard of dialogue, it noted, and went on:

This only increases the suspicion about the talk of the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet warmongers about dialogue.

Recalling that they let a "special action unit" whose mission is to detect and destroy the nukes of the DPRK participate in the joint military exercises, the article said: This is an indication that they are trying to denuclearize the Korean Peninsula by a brigandish method, not through dialogue and negotiations.
