Pyongyang, September 1 (KCNA) -- Uruguayan authorities have expressed their concern by the maltreatment received by Uruguayan migrants in the USA.

A total of 82 Uruguayans have been expelled from the USA in the past months, some of them treated as criminals, assured Uruguayan Foreign Minister Luis Almagro, in an interview to newspaper La Republica, published Sunday.
