Pyongyang, September 1 (KCNA) -- The National Association of Realtors (NAR) said that its index of pending home sales shed 1.3 percent from 90.9 in June to 89.7 in July. This is attributable to the drop of inhabitants' purchasing power due to economic depression.

Meanwhile, the number of new homes sold in July dropped by eight percent.
