Pyongyang, September 3 (KCNA) -- Bolivian President Evo Morales at an event on Tuesday referred to the issue of agricultural development.

He added that Bolivia is living a profound change with the participation of the people.

He recalled that the farmer and indigenous sectors were neglected and discriminated against in the past, while now they are present in the different programs developed by the State.

The government is taking a measure to improve the living conditions of rural inhabitants, he said. This measure is part of the government's strategy to produce more food and guarantee food security and the sovereignty of the country.
