Pyongyang, September 3 (KCNA) -- Storm hit northern Philippines recently, causing damage.

The storm accompanied by heavy rain left more than 55 350 hectares of farmlands inundated and fish farms destroyed, the Ministry of Agriculture said on August 31.

Relief steps are being taken in the afflicted area.
