Moscow, September 2 (KCNA) -- Sergei Lavrov, Russian foreign minister, clarified in his speech at an event on Sept. 1 the stand opposing the U.S. unilateral sanctions against other countries.

He said that it is the arbitrary and unfriendly acts for the U.S. and some other countries to apply additional sanctions against this or that countries.
