Pyongyang, September 4 (KCNA) -- Various foreign media issued reports on August 25 on the 51st anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's start of Songun revolutionary leadership.

The Bangladesh paper Blits carried an article titled "Formularization of Songun Idea" with a photo of the Tower of the Juche Idea.

It said Kim Jong Il is brilliantly carrying forward the ideology and line of giving priority to the arms and military affairs which President Kim Il Sung put forward for the first time in history and consistently maintained during the whole period of the revolution and construction.

During the days of Songun leadership Kim Jong Il comprehensively systematized, developed and enriched the Juche-oriented military idea and theory initiated by the President as required by the developing revolution, it noted.

The Ugandan National Radio said the independent dignity of the Korean people has remarkably grown and a solid foundation for realizing the reunification of the country was laid thanks to the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il. This resulted in strengthening the international position and prestige of the DPRK.

The Guinean domestic radio praised the more than half a century-long history of his Songun leadership and noted the victory achieved by Korean people in carrying out the cause of socialism is an inevitable product of history brought about by Songun.

The DPRK standing with dignity in confrontation with the U.S. which styles itself the world's "only superpower" eloquently proves that the DPRK is, indeed, an invincible power that no one dares to provoke, it said.
