Pyongyang, September 5 (KCNA) -- Four more heroes have been produced among the graduates of Hero Hyesan Secondary School No. 1 in the DPRK over the past decade.

They became heroes after making a great contribution to the scientific and technological development of the country and the construction of the Samsu Power Station.

The school was named Hero Hyesan Senior Middle School No. 1 in Juche 90 (2001) for producing 13 heroes.

The school is honored with the names of five heroes of the Republic including Pyon Jae Chun who shot down eight enemy planes through the plane-hunting team movement during the great Fatherland Liberation War and eight labor heroes who performed distinguished feats in the post-war rehabilitation and construction and socialist construction.
