Pyongyang, September 6 (KCNA) - Kim Ki Nam, member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, met and had a friendly talk with the delegation of the Newspaper Al Baath of Syria led by its General Director Abdullatif Oumran at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Tuesday.

Abdullatif Oumran said that the delegation was deeply impressed to see the Korean people dynamically advancing, united close around leader Kim Jong Il.

The Korean people possessed of indomitable mental power are demonstrating the might of the country, meeting all challenges of the U.S. imperialists and their followers, he stressed.
