Pyongyang, September 6 (KCNA) -- France's unemployment rate inched down by 0.1 percent to 9.1 percent in the second quarter of 2011, the national statistics bureau Insee said on Thursday.

During the April-June period, 2.58 million people were reported jobless in mainland France.
