Pyongyang, September 6 (KCNA) -- Presidents of Russia, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Afghanistan adopted a joint statement on combating terrorism in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, on Friday.

The statement called upon organs concerned of the countries to closely cooperate with each other to curb terrorism, extremism and border incursion.

It underscored the need to use international and regional organizations, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the Collective Security Treaty Organization to enhance the ability of the anti-terrorist organization belonging to the SCO.
