Pyongyang, September 7 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, sent a message of greeting to Dilma Vana Rousseff, president of the Federative Republic of Brazil, on Wednesday on the 189th anniversary of its independence.
